ABOUT NORTH STREET BUILDERS
Thoughtful construction. Carefully managed. Built to belong.
North Street Builders is a residential construction company serving Northwest Connecticut, specializing in additions, garages, outdoor living spaces, and substantial residential improvements.
Our work is centered on projects that require more than just skilled labor. They require planning, coordination, judgment, and an understanding of how a new space should relate to the existing home and property.
From the first conversation through construction and completion, North Street Builders takes a hands-on approach to each project — coordinating trades, materials, scheduling, and field decisions while maintaining a high standard for the finished result.
The goal is simple: create spaces that feel intentional, well-built, and appropriate to the home they become part of.
MEET THE OWNER
STEPHEN SANNICANDRO
Founder & Owner
Stephen has spent nearly a decade building and managing residential construction projects throughout Connecticut.
His experience includes custom decks, garages, additions, exterior renovations, and increasingly complex residential projects that require coordination across multiple trades.
As North Street Builders has grown, Stephen’s role has evolved from working primarily in the field to overseeing the complete project — estimating, planning, coordinating trades, managing materials, solving field conditions, and staying in direct communication with homeowners throughout construction.
Stephen remains personally involved in every North Street Builders project and works closely with the field team to ensure the finished work meets the standard the company is built around.
“I want the finished project to feel like it was always supposed to be there.”
